摘要
地基基础工程是建筑工程安全的重要部分也建设投资的首要部分,不同区域差别巨大。以南昌某工程为例,在满足建筑工程要求的前提下,分析岩土勘察资料,作技术和经济性比较。充分发掘深厚砂层区域的土层特性,提出了采用长螺旋钻孔扩底压灌桩,并以砾砂层为持力层,工程桩施工前进行了试桩施工和检测,以科学的检测数据作为工程设计施工依据,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为类似工程提供参考。
Ground foundation engineering is an important part of construction engineering safety, and also is the foremost part of construction investment. There are huge differences in different regions. Taking a project in Nanchang as an example, on the premise of satisfying the requirement of construction engineering, the paper analyzes geotechnical investigation information and makes comparison in terms of technology and economy. In order to fully explore the characteristics of soil layer in deep & thick sand layer region, long auger drilling underreamed press-grouting pile is used and gravel sand layer is taken as bearing layer, construction of pipe test and inspection are carried out before construction of the engineering pile. The scientific test data is taken as the basis for the design and construction of the project, by which good economic and social benefits will be obtained and will provide reference for similar projects.
