危险废物焚烧处理环境污染控制分析

Analysis on Environmental Pollution Control of Hazardous Waste Incineration

危险废物高效无害化绿色焚烧是当前从事危险废物管理、运行、社会大众各方普遍关注的问题,本文通过数年对危险废物焚烧工程设计和典型项目跟踪调查,分析研究认为,控制危险废物焚烧过程的环境污染,除了依靠工艺流程合理、设备选择得当等基本条件外,还需要关注以下方面:废物收集贮存、预处理及配伍、药剂配置和投加、废物进料、灰渣收集、系统运行等污染控制,通过对这些过程的环境污染进行分析,提出建议和措施。

the efficient and harmless incineration of hazardous wastes is a common concerned issues in management and operation of hazardous wastes and the public, through several years of hazardous waste incineration project design and typical product tracking survey. By analysis and investigation, in addition to relying on the reasonable process and appropriate equipment selection, the control of environmental pollution in hazardous waste incineration needs to pay attention to the following aspects： waste collection and storage, pretreatment and compatibility, reagent allocation and dosing, waste feeding, ash slag collection and system operation, the suggestions and measures are put forward by analyzing the environmental pollution in these processes.
