PDCA循环结合Mini-Cex在口腔住院医师根管治疗质量管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle Combined With Mini-Cex Scale in the Quality Management of Root Canal Therapy in the Oral Residents

目的探讨PDCA循环结合Mini-Cex量表在口腔住院医师根管治疗质量管理中的应用效果。方法将PDCA循环应用于住院医师根管治疗的规范化培训过程中,利用Mini-Cex量表对参加培训的住院医师进行根管治疗的临床能力评估。结果共完成评估60人次,PDCA循环前后,住院医师根管治疗的操作技能、开髓、根管预备、根管充填等4个方面的合格率及优秀率均较培训初期提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环结合Mini-Cex量表是一种可以有效评估并改进住院医师临床培训效果的方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle combined with Mini-Cex scale in quality management of root canal therapy in oral residents. Methods The PDCA cycle was applied to the standardized training of the residents in the treatment of root canal therapy. The clinical ability of the residents who participated in the training was evaluated by the Mini-Cex scale. Results A total of 60 passengers were assessed, the qualified and excellent rates of residents had been improved before and after training in the four parts, including clinical technique, pulp opening, root canal preparation and root canal filling, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion PDCA cycle combined with Mini-Cex scale is an effective way to evaluate and improve the effect of residency training.
