随着人口老龄化日趋明显,神经系统变性疾病对老年人的健康和生活质量造成极大影响。熟练掌握这些神经系统疾病的诊断和治疗,对于神经内科医师极为重要。然而,由于神经系统疾病比较复杂、抽象,低年资医师不易理解和掌握,而成为教学的难点。近年来,尝试将病例分析与文献扩展相结合的教学法应用于老年神经病学教学查房中,取得了良好的教学效果。

As the ageing of the population is becoming apparent, neurodegenerative diseases has a great effect on health and quality of life in the elderly. The diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases is very important for neurological physicians. However, neurological disease is more complex and difficult to understand and master for the young physician. In recent years, we try to combine the case analysis and literature review as a new method in the teaching of neurology, and obtain good teaching effect.
