摘要 目的探讨在本科生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床实习采用CBL、PBL联合多媒体教学法的效果。方法选取90名实习生,均为2015年5月—2016年5月在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习的临床专业大四本科生,随机分为观察组(采用CBL、PBL联合多媒体教学法,n=45)与对照组(采用传统的实习教学方式,n=45),观察两组教学效果。结果观察组学生病例分析、理论知识得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习带教中,采用CBL、PBL联合多媒体教学法能够提高教学效果,提高学生的专业素质。 Objective To explore the effect of CBL, PBL combined with multimedia teaching method in clinical practice of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery for undergraduates. Methods 90 senior college students of clinical medicine worked from May 2015 to May 2016 in our otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases each group. The observation group adopted the CBL, PBL and multimedia teaching mode; the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode. The teaching effect for two groups was observed. Results The examination scores of case analysis and theoretical knowledge for observation group were higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery, the CBL, PBL and multimedia teaching mode can improve the teaching effect and the student's professional quality.
