摘要
由于胎儿畸形种类繁多,表现复杂多样,因此产科超声易于混淆,难于掌握,是教学中的难点。在研究生与进修生的带教过程中,打破传统的以理论为主的教学模式,在理论授课后增加病例图片与实际上机操作演练,丰富了教学内容,提高了超声实践能力,培养了学生学习兴趣,获得了良好的教学效果。
Obstetric ultrasound is very difficult to understand and master for the students because of a great variety of fetal malformations and complicated ultrasound findings. Therefore, it is a big challenge to achieve the teaching goal. During the teaching for graduate students and refresher doctors, we have added case pictures and practice after theoretic teaching as the main content of traditional teaching model. Not only the teaching contents have been enriched, but also the opportunities for clinical practice have been provided. It helps to cultivate interests for students in obstetric ultrasound and acquire good effect.
