摘要
低钠血症是临床最为常见的电解质紊乱,住院患者的发生率可达15%~30%。而抗利尿激素分泌失调综合征(SIADH)是低钠血症的主要原因之一,其病因复杂多样,临床表现与低钠血症的程度和急缓明显相关。因此,及早诊断,正确治疗可降低病死率。而血管加压素受体拮抗剂为该类疾病的治疗开辟了新的道路,具有广阔的应用前景。
Hyponatremia is the most common electrolyte disorder in clinic, and the incidence rate of hospitalized patients is up to 15% - 30%. The syn-drome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone （SIADH） is one of the main causes of hyponatremia, and its etiology is complex and diverse. Therefore, early diagnosis and correct treatment can reduce the mortality. The nonpeptide arginine vasopressin receptor antagonist opened a new way for the treatment of this disease, and has broad application prospects.
