2015年某院门诊中成药调剂前干预分析

Intervention Analysis of Chinese Patent Medicines Outpatient Prescription Before Dispensing in A Hospital in 2015

目的开展门诊中成药处方调剂前干预,促进临床合理用药。方法收集首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院2015年1—12月门诊中成药调剂前干预处方总数344 874张,统计不合理处方,并总结干预措施。结果不合理用药处方共1 083张,合格率为99.69%,其中,处方未写临床诊断或书写不全比例最高,占60.67%。采取针对性的干预措施,可以取得良好效果。结论中成药处方调剂前干预可以减少用药差错的发生,促进合理用药,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To carry out intervention for the outpatient prescription before dispensing and promote the rational use of drug. Methods Collect 344 874 prescriptions of our hospital in 2015 from January to December, statistics unreasonable prescriptions, and summarize the intervention measures. Results There were 1 083 irrational prescription, the pass rate was 99.69%. Among them, the lack of clinical diagnosis accounted for the highest proportion, accounting for 60.67%. Good results may achieved if pointed measures were taken. Conclusion The intervention before prescription dispensing can effectively reduce errors, promote the rational use of drug.
