摘要
成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)是具有较强生物学活性的多功能蛋白质,广泛分布于机体内的多个组织器官,几乎参与了所有组织器官的生长及发育过程。研究显示,FGF在损伤修复、感染控制、肿瘤发生发展等方面发挥着重要作用,笔者遂将近年来FGF的研究进展予以综述,以期为FGF的进一步研究提供思路与方向。
Fibroblast growth factor （FGF） is a multi-functional protein with a strong biological activity, which is widely distributed in various organs and tissues in the body and participates in the growth and development of almost all organs.Studies have demonstrated that FGF has a significant role in damage repair, infection control, tumorigenesis and tumor progression, etc.The recent progress of the study of FGF were therefore summarized and reviewed in order to provide some thoughts and ideas for further research of FGF.
