湿润烧伤膏联合龙血竭治疗头颈部肿瘤放射性皮肤损伤的应用研究

Application Study on MEBO Combined with Longxuejie in the Treatment of Radioactive Skin Damage in Patients with Head and Neck Tumors

目的对比观察湿润烧伤膏联合龙血竭治疗头颈部肿瘤放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法将2014年10月一2016年10月临沂市第三人民医院及临沂市中心医院肿瘤科收治的192例头颈部肿瘤放射性皮肤损伤患者随机分为研究组(64例)、对照1组(64例)和对照2组(64例),研究组患者皮损创面采用湿润烧伤膏联合龙血竭治疗;对照1组患者皮损创面单纯采用湿润烧伤膏治疗;对照2组患者皮损创面单纯采用龙血竭治疗。对比观察3组患者的创面愈合时间及创面愈合效果。结果 3组患者皮损创面全部愈合,其中研究组患者皮损创面愈合时间为(6.2±0.6)d,对照1组患者皮损创面愈合时间为(9.0±0.4)d,对照2组患者皮损创面愈合时间为(10.6±0.8)d;治疗过程中,研究组无1例患者中断放疗,对照1组有8例患者中断放疗,对照2组有10例患者中断放疗;治疗7 d后,研究组治愈58例、有效6例、无效0例;对照1组治愈45例、有效8例、无效11例;对照2组治愈40例、有效11例、无效13例。研究组患者皮损创面愈合时间、中断放疗例数及临床疗效分别与对照1组及对照2组对比,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论湿润烧伤膏联合龙血竭治疗头颈部肿瘤放射性皮肤损伤,可明显缩短创面愈合时间,缓解创面疼痛,提高创面愈合效果,且操作简便,费用低廉,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of MEBO in combination with Longxuejie in the treatment of radioactive skin damage in patients with head and neck tumors.Methods One hundred and ninety-two head-neck tumor patients with radioactive skin damage admitted into the Department of Oncology of Linyi Third People＇s Hospital and Linyi Central Hospital between October 2014 and October 2016 were randomly divided into a study group （n=64）, control group 1（n=64） and control group 2（n=64）.The damage wounds in the study group was managed with MEBO combined with Longxuejie, that in the control group 1 was managed simply with MEBO while that in the control group 2 was managed simply with Longxuejie.The wound healing time and wound healing effects in the three groups were observed and compared.Results All damaged skin wounds were completely healed in the three groups.The wound healing time in the study group was （6.2±0.6）d, that in the control group 1 was （9.0±0.4）d and that in the control group 2 was （10.6±0.8）d;During the treatment course, no patient in the study group discontinued the radiotherapy, 8 patients discontinued the radiotherapy in the control group 1 while 10 patients discontinued the radiotherapy in the control group 2.Seven days after the treatment, in the study group there were 58 patients cured, 6 effective and none ineffective;in the control group 1 there were 45 patients cured, 8 effective and 11 ineffective;while in the control group 2 there were 40 patients cured, 11 effective and 13 ineffective.The comparisons between the study group and the control group 1 or the control group 2 in terms of wound healing time, number of cases discontinued the radiotherapy and clinical efficacy all showed statistically significant differences （all P〈0.05）.Conclusion MEBO in combination with Longxuejie in the treatment of radioactive skin damage in patients with head-neck tumors can remarkably shorten wound healing time, relieve patient＇s pain and improve the wound healing effect, in addition to its simple-and-easy operation and low cost, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
