摘要 为分析天然气净化厂火灾事故后果,进一步开展火灾事故的预防工作,开发了天然气净化厂火灾事故的模拟软件。针对净化厂池火、火球、喷射火三种主要的火灾形式,选择不同的净化厂关键设备,做出适当假设,模拟分析火灾事故,得到不同条件对天然气净化厂火灾事故的影响规律。结果表明:不论发生何种形式的火灾事故,泄漏量都对事故后果影响最大,即泄漏量越大,事故伤害半径越大,带来的损失和灾害越严重。相同泄漏量情况下,由于水平喷射更易引起下风向设备的连锁反应,因此水平喷射比垂直喷射的后果危害更大。利用模拟软件可以对各设备发生不同类型的火灾进行定量分析,划分事故危害范围,从而为制定相应的应急措施提供依据。 In order to analyze the consequence of fire accident in the natural gas purification plant and to carry out the prevention work of it, the simulation software is developed. For the three main fire forms of purification plant, namely tank fire, fireball and jet fire, different key equipments and make appropriate assumptions to simulate different conditions of natural gas fire accidents are selected. The results show that no matter what kind of fire accident happens, the leakage of the accident would have the greatest impact on accident consequences,that is,the greater the amount of leakage is,the greater the accident damage radius is.What's more,under the same leakage condition,the horizontal injection is more likely to cause the chain reaction of the lower wind direction equipment,so the horizontal injection is more harmful than the vertical injection. The use of simulation software makes it easier to analyse each device in different types of fire quantitatively, to divide the consequences of hazards range and to provide a basis for the development of appropriate emergency measures.
