碳纤维复合芯软铝导线在油田输电线路增容改造中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 近几年来,随着油田建设的不断发展,电力负荷快速增长,出现了制约电力输送容量的诸多问题,如油田电网网架结构不尽合理,电网电源和负荷分布不均匀,过载比较突出等,已建输电线路已经不能满足运行要求。碳纤维复合芯软铝导线凭借其耐高温、质量轻、强度大、线损小和载流量大等特点,在油田输电线路中逐渐被广泛选用。工程实例表明,碳纤维复合芯软铝导线更适用于线路增容改造,利用原线路杆塔,通过更换相同截面积的导线即可达到增容一倍的效果,节约投资的同时也节省了施工时间和土地资源。 With the development of oilfield construction and fast increase of power load in recent years,many factors restraining electric transmission capacity are appearing,such as the structure of oilfield grid is not so reasonable, source and load of power grid is not even, and the problem of overload is remarkable, so existing electric transmission lines cannot match the operation requirement.The carbon fiber composite core soft aluminum wire, with its advantages of high temperature resistance, light weight, high strength, low line loss and high carrying capacity, has been widely applied in oilfield transmission lines. Engineering examples show that the carbon fiber composite core soft aluminum wire is more suitable for line capacity increasing. By using of the original pole and tower and replacing the same cross-sectional wire, double capacity can be got. It can save investment as well as construction time and land resources.
