摘要
YAMAL LNG项目MWP4包是中国石油海洋公司实施的第一个国际项目,该工程包共计6个模块,模块建造完成后在公司码头装船交货。为统筹做好该项目LNG模块建造阶段的进度和费用控制,基于人工时,采用赢得值原理作为管理工具,从实施流程和实施步骤两个方面进行模块建造阶段进度和费用控制方法的研究。使用该方法较准确地反映了项目运行过程的进度和费用状态,为管理层及时决策提供了有力支持,但该方法还存在不能准确定位偏差原因、工时分配合理性差以及工期超期时不适用等问题,需进一步改进。
MWP4 package of YAMAL LNG project is the first international project of CPOE,which contains six modules and loads out at CPOE wharf after module construction. In order to control the schedule and cost of the LNG module at project construction phase,based on manhours and the principle of earned value, the construction phase schedule and cost control method are studied from the implementation flow and steps. Using this method can more accurately reflect the status of the project schedule and cost, and strongly support the management to make timely decisions. But this method still needs to be further improved, because it cannot find the accurate cause of variation, distribute manhours reasonably and is not applicable when schedule is extended.
