系统物品图文检索在综合ICU物品管理中的应用

The Application of Image Retrieval Based on System Objects in Integrated ICU Management

目的建立综合ICU物品管理的有效方法。方法在"五常法"管理物品的基础上设计系统物品图文检索管理流程,比较实施前后的效果。结果提高了护士的取物率、科室备物的完整率,降低了过期物品的发生率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时提升了医生的满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合ICU系统物品图文检索的建立和使用,提升了护士对科室物品的管理能力,保障了抢救物品的及时供给,提高了科室的物品管理水平。

Objective To establish an effective method for the management of integrated 1CU. Methods On the basis of the management method of ＂5S method＂, this paper designed the management flow chart of the system image retrieval. Results It improved the rate of attendance and the completeness of the nurses, and decreased the incidence of expired articles, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; at the same time the doctor＇s satisfaction was improved, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The establishment and use of the article image retrieval of the integrated ICU system can improve the management ability of the nurses in the department, ensure the timely supply of the rescue items, and improve the management level of the articles.
