关于加强医院中层干部管理知识培训的意义

Strengthening the Significance of Management Training for Hospital Middle-level Managers

改革是深化发展的"利器",是新时期医院锐利前行的重要保障。中层干部在医院管理中起到承上启下的重要作用,提高其管理能力,关系到医院的改革发展。文章分析了医院中层干部管理能力现状,从提高管理意识、强化管理能力建设、创新管理理念3个方面,阐述了加强医院中层干部管理知识培训的重要意义,并在此基础之上,就如何强化培训成效,提出了若干建设性意见。

Reform is to deepen the development of the weapon, is an important guarantee for the hospital＇s sharp forward in the new era. Middle level cadres play an important role in the hospital management, improve their management ability, related to the reform and development of the hospital. This paper analyzes the current situation of ability of middle-level cadres from the hospital management, improve management awareness, strengthen the management capacity building, three aspects of the innovation of management concept, discusses the significance of strengthening hospital middle-level cadres management knowledge training, and on this basis, on how to strengthen the training effect, and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
