复方甘草酸苷、羟氯喹联合舒敏保湿特护霜治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

Observation of Compound Glycyrrhizin and Hydroxychloroquine Combined With Soothing Moisturizing Care Cream in the Treatment of Hormone Dependent Dermatitis Efficacy

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷、羟氯喹联合舒敏保湿特护霜治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法抽取90例激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分组,治疗组(n=45)使用复方甘草酸苷、羟氯喹联合舒敏保湿特护霜治疗,对照组(n=45)单纯使用复方甘草酸苷治疗。结果 (1)治疗组总有效率是95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05);(2)治疗组不良反应发生率是2.22%,与对照组的6.67%相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷、羟氯喹联合舒敏保湿特护霜治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效确切,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin and hydroxychloroquine combined with soothing moisturizing care cream in the treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods A total of 90 cases of hormone dependent dermatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=45） using compound glycyrrhizin, hydroxychloroquine combined with soothing moisturizing cream in the treatment of intensive care, the control group （n=45） the simple use of glycyrrhizin treatment. Results （1）the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%, which was higher than that of the control group＇82.22%（P 〈 0.05）; （2）The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.22%, and there was no significant difference compared with that of the control group＇6.67%（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin and hydroxychloroquine combined with soothing moisturizing care cream in the treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis is effective, high safety.
