摘要 目的探讨化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)及酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测乙肝病毒感染血清标志物的效果。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月于我院接受治疗的乙型肝炎患者850例,对其分别进行CLIA和ELISA检验,对比两种方法在乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物中的检验效果。结果 CLIA诊断准确率为98.24%,ELISA诊断准确率为85.18%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CLIA和ELISA在HBc Ab、HBs Ab的检出率上无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),在HBs Ag、HBe Ab、HBe Ag上,CLIA的检出率明显高于ELISA,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CLIA在乙型病毒感染血清标志物中的检验结果更加准确,能够为临床资料和病情监测提供科学依据。 Objective To investigate the effect of chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in detecting serum markers of hepatitis B virus infection. Methods 850 cases of hepatitis B patients treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and analyzed by CLIA and ELISA respectively, to compare the efficacy of two methods in serological markers of hepatitis B virus (HBV). Results The diagnostic accuracy of CLIA was 98.24%, and the diagnostic accuracy of ELISA was 85.18%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); There was no significant difference between CLIA and ELISA in the detection rate of HBcAb and HBsAb, and there was no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05), In HBsAg, HBeAb and HBeAg, the detection rate of CLIA was significantly higher than that of ELISA, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The results of CLIA in HBV infection serum markers are more accurate, which can provide scientific basis for clinical data and disease surveillance.
