奥布卡因表面麻醉和利多卡因局部阻滞麻醉对经直肠前列腺穿刺术疼痛控制的比较

Comparison of Pain Control During Transrectal Puncture Between Benoxinate Surface Anesthesia and Local Anesthesia of Lidocaine

目的探讨经直肠前列腺穿刺术采用奥布卡因表面麻醉和利多卡因局部阻滞麻醉对疼痛控制的影响。方法按照就诊先后顺序,将80例择期行经直肠前列腺穿刺术患者随机分为研究组(奥布卡因表面麻醉)与对照组(利多卡因局部阻滞麻醉)。对比两组麻醉效果。结果两组疼痛程度、并发症发生率差异不显著(P>0.05);研究组手术时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因与奥布卡因疼痛控制效果相当,但表面麻醉操作简单,能缩短手术时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of transrectal prostatic biopsy with benoxinate surface anesthesia and local anesthesia of lidocaine on pain control. Methods According to the sequence of treatment, 80 cases of patients undergoing transrectal prostate biopsy were randomly divided into study group （oxybuproeaine surface anesthesia） and control group （local anesthesia block liddle kain）. The effect of anesthesia between the two groups was compared. Results The difference of pain degree and complication rate between the two groups was not significant （P 〉 0.05）; The operation time of the study group was less than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lidocaine and benoxinate can achieve even pain control effect, but the surface anesthesia has the advantages of simple operation, can shorten the operation time.
