摘要
目的探讨简化尿中锰的石墨炉原子吸收测定方法。方法尿样用1%硝酸溶液5倍稀释后,不加基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪直接测定尿中锰含量。结果石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿中锰方法的线性范围为0.1~12μg/L,y=0.021 7x+0.003 0(r=0.999 2);方法的检出限为0.21μg/L。结论该方法操作简便,各项指标能够满足尿锰检测的相关要求。
Objective The Method for determination of Manganese in urine in occupational exposure population by G-F AAS was improved. Methods in which Urine sample was diluted 5 times with 1% nitric acid solution, and the urinary manganese content was determined by G-F AAS without matrix modifier. Results The linear range was 0.1-12 μg/L and the regression equation was y=0.021 7x+0.003 0(r=0.999 2). The detection limit of the method was 0.02 μg/L. Conclusion The improved method is simple and convenient, and meets the requirements of urinary manganese detection in occupational health caring.
