健康教育路径在小儿腹股沟斜疝围手术期的应用效果

摘要 目的观察健康教育路径在小儿腹股沟斜疝围手术期的应用效果。方法选择院收治的腹股沟斜疝患儿108例,随机将其分为两组,即对照组和观察组(各54例),对照组给予传统方法进行健康教育,观察组给予健康教育路径进行健康教育,对比两组患儿及家属的疾病相关知识和护理技能的掌握程度以及护理满意度。结果观察组疾病知识知晓率和护理满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径应用于小儿腹股沟斜疝围手术期的护理工作中,不仅使患儿家属对疾病知识有了更好的了解,同时也有效提高了护理满意度,对于提升护理健康教育人员的专业素质和促进整体护理效果的提高也具有积极意义。 Objective To observe the effect of health education pathway in perioperative period of indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methods 108 cases of indirect inguinal hernia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, that is, the control group and the observation group (54 cases each), the control group was given traditional methodsof health education, and the observation group was given health education path to carry out health education, the relative knowledge and nursing skills of two groups of children and their relatives were compared, and the nursing satisfaction was compared. Results The disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of health education pathway in perioperative nursing care of children with indirect inguinal hernia not only makes children's family members have better understanding of disease knowledge, at the same time, it also improves the satisfaction of nursing effectively. It also has positive significance for promoting the professional quality of nursing health education staff and promoting the overall nursing effect.
