甲状腺瘤手术患者施行认知护理服务的可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Cognitive Nursing Service for Patients With Thyroid Adenoma

目的分析研究甲状腺瘤手术患者施行认知护理服务的可行性。方法选取我院收治的接受甲状腺瘤手术治疗的患者120例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者则施行认知护理服务,分别对两组患者的应激反应相关指标、焦虑抑郁评分以及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者护理后的DBP、SBP、HR、皮质醇、血管紧张素Ⅱ检测结果、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,而护理满意度则高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺瘤手术前对患者施行认知护理服务,可以降低患者的应激反应,保证手术的顺利进行。

Objective To analyze and study the feasibility of cognitive nursing service for patients with thyroid adenoma. Methods 120 patients with thyroid adenoma treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received cognitive nursing service, the stress reaction, anxiety index, depression score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The DBP, SBP, HR, cortisol, angiotensin II test results, SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and there were statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The cognitive nursing service for patients with thyroid adenoma before operation can reduce the stress response and ensure the smooth progress of the operation.
