护理干预对老年高血压患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients With Hypertension

目的对护理干预应用于老年高血压患者中的效果以及影响进行分析研究。方法选取154例2014年1月—2017年2月在我院接受治疗的老年高血压患者,并1:1随机分为参照组和实验组,各77例,对常规护理和护理干预的应用效果进行对照研究。结果就收缩压、舒张压而言,实验组患者均低于参照组;就规律用药、控制体重、合理膳食、定期复查等遵医行为而言,实验组患者均明显高于参照组(94.81%、96.10%、97.40%、93.51%vs.76.62%、72.73%、75.32%、74.03%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论护理干预应用于老年高血压患者中的效果十分理想。

Objective The effect and influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension were analyzed and studied. Methods 154 elderly patients with hypertension were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2017, and by l ： 1 rate were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group, each group got 77 cases, the effects of routine nursing and nursing intervention were compared. Results As far as systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were concerned, the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than the reference group;The law of medication, reasonable diet, weight control, regular follow-up compliance, patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group （94.81%, 96.10%, 97.40%, 93.51%, 72.73%, 75.32%, 76.62% vs. 74.03%）, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension is ideal.
