摘要
目的在关节镜指导下给予关节半月板损伤患者实施关节半月板损伤修复术,探析给予患者围术期护理的护理效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2015年4月—2016年4月所收治的77例关节半月板损伤患者的临床资料,所有患者均给予关节半月板损伤修复术以及围术期护理干预,探析护理效果。结果 77例患者经过对应治疗以及针对性护理干预后均痊愈出院,治愈率是100.00%。结论在关节镜指导下给予关节半月板损伤患者实施关节半月板损伤修复术以及围术期护理,可提升患者的护理效果。
Objective To observe the effect of perioperative meniscus repair in patients with meniscus injuries guided by arthroscopy. Methods The clinical data of 77 patients with joint meniscus injuries treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, all patients were treated with joint meniscus repair and perioperative nursing intervention, and the effect of nursing was analyzed. Results 77 patients were cured after corresponding treatment and targeted nursing intervention, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion Under the guidance of arthroscopy, patients with joint meniscus injury were treated with joint meniscus repair and perioperative care, which can improve the patient＇s nursing effect.
