基于胫腓骨骨折切开复位内固定术128例护理体会分析

Nursing Analysis of 128 Cases of Open Reduction and Internal Fixation of Fracture of Tibia and Fibula

目的分析胫腓骨骨折切开复位内固定术的有效护理措施。方法将2015年12月—2016年7月在我院接受胫腓骨骨折切开复位内固定术的128例患者进行分组研究,采用数字随机法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组64例;对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围术期优质护理。结果两组患者在并发症率、患者满意度上比较,观察组均明显占优(P<0.05)。结论对胫腓骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者实施围术期优质护理,能够降低并发症的发生,提升患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effective nursing measures of open reduction and internal fixation for fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods A total of 128 patients with open reduction and internal fixation of fracture of tibia and fibula were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to July 2016, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by digital random method, 64 cases in each group; the control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given high quality care during the perioperative period. Results The complication rate and patient satisfaction in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with open reduction and internal fixation of fracture of tibia and fibula, the implementation of perioperative high quality care can reduce complications and improve the satisfaction of patients.
