整体护理对肝胆术后发生胆瘘患者的临床护理效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Nursing Effect of Holistic Nursing in Patients With Biliary Fistula After Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的分析整体护理干预在肝胆术后发生胆瘘患者的临床护理效果。方法选取来我院就医的肝胆术后发生胆瘘患者100例作为本次研究对象,随机分2组,分别给予普通护理干预、整体护理干预,探究2组患者疼痛评分、生活质量评分、引流时间、住院时间的差异性。结果观察组患者的疼痛评分为(5.14±1.01)分;生活质量评分为(92.55±2.69)分,引流时间为(2.10±1.01)天,住院时间为(4.01±1.24)天;其结果与对照组患者的结果相比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论整体护理干预对肝胆术后发生胆瘘患者有一定的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of holistic nursing intervention in patients with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary surgery. Methods Selected 100 cases of biliary fistula after hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital as the object of study. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, they were given general nursing intervention and holistic nursing intervention respectively, the differences of pain score, quality of life score, drainage time and hospitalization time between the 2 groups were investigated. Results The pain score of the observation group was （5.14±1.01） points; The quality of life score was （92.55±2.69） points, the drainage time was （2.10±1.01） days, and the hospital stay was （4.01±1.24） days. Compared with the results of the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention is of certain value in the patients with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary surgery.
