紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of Paclitaxel Combined With Cisplatin in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer

目的探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床护理体会。方法本次研究对象来源于我院妇科2015年9月—2016年9月收治的宫颈癌患者76例,随机分成两组,各38例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果两组干预前SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组及本组治疗前(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗宫颈癌与护理措施联合使用效果优良。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing experience of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods The subjects of this study were from 76 cases of cervical cancer treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016. They were randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases each, the control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of SAS and SDS before intervention （P 〉 0.05）, after the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of cervical cancer and nursing measures combined with good results.
