加强广西青年智库人才建设的思考与建议

Reflections and Suggestions on Enhancement of Guangxi Youth Think-tanks Talents Development

广西青年智库作为中国第一个成立的省级青年智库,当前处于起步阶段,智库人才建设均仍需不断提高与完善。通过对广西青年智库现有成员男女性别比例、地域分布、年龄结构、民族分布、学历层次、行政级别、专业技术等级、行业分布等8个人才建设方面数据进行统计分析,指出广西青年智库成员人才建设中存在的不足,探索在新形势下,创新广西青年智库人才管理模式,优化人才队伍,促进广西青年智库可持续、健康发展。

Guangxi Youth Think-tank, which is China＇s first established provincial level youth think-tank, is at its initial stage for the moment. Youth Think-tanks talents development calls for constant improvement. A statis- tical analysis is made on the existing members of Guangxi Youth Think-tanks in terms of sex ratio, regional dis- tribution, age structure, ethnic group distribution, education level, administrative level, professional and technical level and industry distribution. The result suggests some deficiencies in youth think-tanks talents development, against which some relavant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. Under the new situation, efforts need to be made to innovate Guangxi youth think-tanks talents management model, optimize talent team so as to pro- mote healthy and sustainable development of Guangxi youth think-tanks talents.
