循环护理模式在心血管内科老年患者中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Circulatory Nursing Model in Elderly Patients With Cardiovascular Medicine

目的评价循环护理模式在心血管内科老年患者中的应用效果。方法 2015年1—12月,医院心血管内科收治老年住院患者270例,常规护理以及护理管理。2016年1—12月,心血管内科收治老年住院患者288例,进行循环管理持续质量改进。结果 2016年心脏不良事件、医院感染、失眠、药物相关不良事件、意外伤害、仪器设备故障、不良事件合计发生率低于2015年,2016年护理满意率高于2015年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模式在心血管内科老年患者中的应用循环护理,可降低不良事件发生风险。

Objective To evaluate the effect of circulatory nursing model in elderly patients with cardiovascular medicine. Methods From January to December 2015, elderly inpatients were admitted to the cardiovascular department of the hospital. Routine nursing care and nursing management were performed in 270 patients. From January to December 2016, 288 elderly inpatients were admitted to the department of cardiology, and the quality improvement was carried out by cycle management and continuous quality control. Results In 2016, the incidence of cardiac adverse events, hospital infections, insomnia, drug-related adverse events, accidental injuries, instrument failures, adverse events was lowerthan in 2015, the satisfaction rate of nursing in 2016 was higher than that in 2015, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusiou The application of this model in elderly patients with cardiovascular medicine can reduce the risk of adverse events.
