骨外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折临床护理分析

Clinical Nursing Analysis of External Fixation for Tibial and Fibular Fractures

目的对骨外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折临床护理要点进行探究。方法将2014年5月—2016年5月我院收治的骨外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折患者纳为本次参研的对象,从中挑选出60例患者,回顾性分析所选患者的临床资料,并给予其针对性护理措施,分析患者临床护理的效果。结果患者骨折愈合的时间(87.46±7.46)d;并发症发生率为8.3%(5/60);治疗总有效率为91.7%(55/60)。结论胫腓骨骨折经骨外固定支架治疗后采取针对性的临床护理效果确切,患者恢复时间短,并发症少,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing points of external fixation stent in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures. Methods The patients with tibial and fibular fractures treated by external fixation in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. 60 patients were selected and the clinical data of the selected patients were retrospectively analyzed, and to give their targeted care measures, analysis of the effect of clinical care of patients. Results The time of fracture healing was （87.46±7.46）d; the complication rate was 8.3% （5/60）; the total effective rate was 91.7% （55/60）. Conclusion The treatment of tibia and fibula fracture after external fixation of the stent to take targeted clinical care effect is exact, the patient recovery time is short, less complications, the effect is significant.
