某混合动力轿车进气系统设计与试验研究

On the Design and Test of Air Intake System of a Hybrid Vehicle

摘要 详细阐述了某重混车型进气系统的进气阻力、滤清效率、储灰能力和噪声匹配的设计计算,以及进气系统的试验验证方法,并结合理论计算与试验结果对系统进行匹配分析,结果表明,本文所阐述的设计方案能够满足设计要求,对进气系统的开发具有指导意义。 This article explores the intake system of a certain hybrid vehicle in terms of its intake resistance, filtering efficiency, ash storage capacity, the measurement of matching of noises as well as the method of testing this system. Meanwhile, it analyzes the matching of the system using theoretical calculations in combination with test results. The design covered in this article meets the requirements, and provides a guidance for the development of the air intake system.
