玻璃体手术治疗儿童外伤性眼内炎临床分析

Clinical Efficacy of Vitrectomy for Traumatic Endophthalmitis of Children

目的探讨玻璃体切除手术在儿童外伤性眼内炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选取河南科技大学第一附属医院2012年3月至2015年5月儿童外伤性眼内炎患者14例(14眼),均采取玻璃体切除术治疗,对合并晶状体破裂或混浊则一并切除,合并视网膜裂孔或脱离者给予联合眼内光凝、硅油充填或C3F8等治疗,观察患者术后视力、眼压及并发症等情况。结果因炎症蔓延行眼内容物剜除术2眼,余12眼术后炎症控制,视力均获得不同程度改善,平均视力0.03±0.02(5例)恢复至0.11±0.07(10例)。随访3~9个月,发生高眼压1例,低眼压2例。结论对于儿童外伤性眼内炎,早期行玻璃体切除术可能有助于改善患儿视功能。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of vitrectomy for traumatic endophthalmitis of children. Methods 14 cases （14 eyes） of traumatic endophthalmitis treated by vitrectomy were selected with retrospective analytical method in our hospital form March 2012 to May 2015. Lentectomy for lens rupture or opacity, intraocular photocoagulation, silicone oil filling or C3F8 for retinal breaks or detachment were used for the patients. The curative effect of vitrectomy operation was observed in visual acuity, intraocular pressure and complication. Results Due to the spread of inflammation, 2 eyes of enucleation were executed, and inflammation were controled in 12 eyes. The visual acuity were improved in different degree, and average visual acuity （five eyes） 0.03 ± 0.02 were recovered to 0. 11 ± 0.07 （ ten eyes）. Followed up for 3 - 9 months, 1 eye was high intraocular pressure, 2 eyes were low intraocular pressure. Conclusion Vitrectomy for traumatic endophthalmitis of children might helpful to improve visual function for the patients.
