摘要 为了降低擦黑板时产生的粉尘污染,文章设计了一款除尘黑板擦。其工作原理是风机旋转形成负压,使粉尘经透气孔进入黑板擦。由于过滤网的过滤作用使灰尘留在集尘格,设置金属静电除尘以增强除尘效果。内设隔音棉,用于降低风机旋转产生的噪声。实验表明,除尘效率达到95.5%,有效减少了粉尘的飞扬。 In order to reduce the dust pollution when cleaning the blackboard, a dust elimination blackboard eraser was designed in this paper.The working principle is that the fan rotates to form negative pressure, and the dust enters the blackboard eraser through the air hole. The dust is left in the dust collecting box because of the filtering function of the filter screen, and the metal electrostatic dust removing is arranged to enhance the dust removal effect. Equipped with noise proof cotton in the blackboard eraser to reduce the noise caused by fan rotation. Experimental results show that the removal efficiency reached 95.5%, which has effectively reduced the flying of dust.
