摘要
在开箱检查、乘客提取行李以及人身检查环节时花费时间较长,容易形成工作瓶颈。文章选用了排队论的方式,通过安全检查点探索乘客流可以识别瓶颈,利用安检通道的设置对安检时的客流量进行预测和分析,然后建立基于Petri的安检流程模型;根据安检服务流程特性,选择广义随机Petri对安检流程进行建模;运用广义随机Petri与马尔科夫链的相关知识给出安检流程的性能评价,识别瓶颈。
It takes a long time in the link of checking out of the box, passengers' picking up their luggage and personal check, which is easy to form a bottleneck.This paper uses the queuing theory, identifies the bottleneck of passenger flow through the security checkpoint to forecast and analyze passengers' flow based on the security channel settings, then establish the security process model based on Petri, according to the characteristics of security service process, generalized stochastic Petri is chosen to establish the model and to give the performance evaluation of security process combining with related knowledge of Markov chain and identify the bottleneck.
