摘要
通过分析机械弹性车轮纯滚动时胎体和胎面的侧向变形,利用公式推导建立了纯滚动工况下机械弹性车轮侧偏特性的理论模型。利用自主研制的低速平板式轮胎力学特性试验台,对机械弹性车轮进行了稳态侧偏特性试验。通过对比分析理论模型曲线与试验数据可以验证:所建立的车轮纯滚动工况下的侧偏特性理论模型的合理性,能够预测车轮纯滚动工况时的侧偏特性。对于深入研究机械弹性车轮的非稳态侧偏特性以及车轮的优化设计具有一定的指导作用。
Through the analysis of lateral deformation of elastic mechanical wheel tire body and tread in the state of pure roll, cornering characteristics theoretical model of elastic mechanical wheel was established based on derivations of formulas in the state of pure roll. Using the test-bed of self-developed low-speed plate type tire mechanical characteristics, experiments of the steady state side slip characteristics of elastic mechanical wheel were done. Through the contrast analysis of theory model curve and test data, the theoretical model of the cornering characteristics in free rolling conditions was reasonable, it could predict wheel cornering characteristics in the state of pure roll. This article played a certain guiding role on further study of mechanical elastic non steady state cornering characteristics of the wheel and the optimal design.
