摘要 运用JSCAST软件模拟了拖拉机前桥的充型和凝固过程,模拟结果显示铸件可能产生缩松、缩孔等缺陷。通过对缺陷产生原因的分析,重新优化设计了浇注系统及冒口并进行了再次模拟。再次模拟结果表明,经过对铸造工艺的改进,铸件的缩孔、缩松的缺陷得以消除。进一步的实际生产验证了优化设计的可行性和数值模拟的可靠性,对铸造生产具有一定参考价值。 The original casting filling and solidification process of the tractor front axle is simulated by the software JSCAST, of which results show that the casting goods are inclined to carry with the defects of shrinkage cavity and porosity. The reason of casting defects were analysed to redesign the gating system and feeding system. Then the simulation was conducted again. It shows that the defects of shrinkage cavity and porosity are ehminated as a result of casting process improvement. The feasibility of optimizing design and the reliability of numerical simulation are verified via further production. It provides a valuable refer- ence to the casting production.
