摘要
为实现双电机独立驱动系统的开发,基于整车性能指标要求,从变速器总体设计方案、减速比的分配、齿轮、轴、箱体方面进行了实例计算。从试验台验证的数据分析来看,双电机独立驱动系统两侧半轴的转矩输出具有很好的一致性,双电机独立驱动系统具有优良的动力性、可靠性和操控性,满足了电动汽车整车要求。
In order to achieve the development of independent double motor drive system, based on the vehicle performance requirements, an example is calculated from the overall design of gearbox, distribution of reduction ratio, gear, shaft, and en- closure. According to test data analysis, the torque output of the two shafts of the double motor drive system has very good con- sistency. The independent double motor drive system has excellent dynamic performance, reliability and maneuverability, meets the requirement of electric vehicle.
