摘要
设计了一种基于英飞凌16位单片机XC2364B的汽车电子稳定控制系统(ESC)电子控制单元(ECU)。结合系统需求设计了控制器的硬件电路,包括系统主控模块、外围输入模块、外围输出模块、通讯模块、主驱动模块和电源管理模块。分析了系统控制策略,采用MCU底层、硬件抽象层、应用层三层结构,基于C语言编写了控制程序。测试结果表明,该控制器工作可靠、稳定,满足车辆行车要求。
A model of ECU of ESC based on infineon 16-bit microcontroller XC2364B is designed. Combining with the system's requirements, the hardware circuits of the controller are designed, including the system control module, the peripheral input mod- ule, the peripheral output module, the communication module, the main driver module and the power management module. The system control strategy is analyzed. Three layer structure of the underlying of MCU, the hardware abstraction layer, the application layer is adopted. The control program based on C language is written. The experiments show that this controller work is reliable and stable, and satisfies the requirement of vehicle driving.
