汽车座垫支座冲压成形工艺参数试验研究

摘要 汽车座椅是汽车的重要组成部分,承担了安全与舒适的任务,座椅的加工中,板材成形性能是影响零件质量的主要因素。为了提高汽车后排座垫侧支座冲压成形的质量,需要对冲压成形工艺进行参数优化。采用正交试验方法,研究了压力、模具的间隙和金属板材的尺寸对车辆后座缓冲垫的成形质量和折叠材料的影响。试验结果表明:压边力为2 MPa,凹凸模间隙为1 mm,板材尺寸为225×270 mm,材料冲压成形的拉薄率最低,成型件有轻微褶皱但仍在标准范围内且不影响使用。该研究有助于对汽车后排座垫侧支座的冲压工艺的质量提高。 Forming property of sheet is the main factor affecting the quality of the parts. In order to improve the quality of stamping forming of rear seat cushion, parameters optimization of stamping process is needed. In this paper, the influence of the pressure, the gap of the die and the size of the metal plate on the forming quality and the folding material of the cushion of the vehicle rear seat cushion are studied by orthogonal test method. The test results show that the blank holder force is 2 MPa, the concave and convex die clearance is 1 mm, the sheet size is 225×270 mm, the drawing thickness of the material is the lowest, and the forming part is slightly folded but still in the standard range and does not affect the use. The study is helpful to improve the quality of stamping process of rear seat cushion.
