摘要
基于破坏性创新理论对大蒜收获机的关键部件,挖掘装置和夹持输送装置进行研究,简述了破坏性创新理论的概念,并论述了其与大蒜收获机创新之间的关系。在分析了大蒜收获机存在的技术功能系统问题之后,对其进行成熟度预测,然后进行破坏性创新策略的选择。通过TRIZ理论中的矛盾解决原理对其进行破坏性求解。最后将优化设计后的装置进行有限元分析及试验,从而验证破坏性创新理论对收获机行业乃至整个农业机械行业的创新设计具有重要意义。
Research on excavation device and clamping device, the key components of garlic harvester, was conducted based on disruptive innovation theory. The concept of disruptive innovation theory was introduce briefly, and the relationship between it and the innovation of garlic harvester was discussed. After analyzing the technical function system problem of the garlic har- vester, maturity prediction was carried out, and then the disruptive innovation strategy was chosen; through the contradiction solving principle of TRIZ theory, it is solved in a disruptive way. Finally, the optimized design of the device is analyzed and tested by finite element analysis, which proves that the disruptive innovation theory is of great significance to the innovation de- sign of the harvester industry and even the whole agricultural machinery industry.
