摘要
对乘客安全气囊模块中壳体的点爆强度进行了有限元仿真分析,根据仿真结果,通过试验验证仿真的可靠性。首先利用Catia建立壳体的三维模型,利用HyperMesh进行有限单元网格划分,建立有限元仿真模型,在综合考虑壳体所受载荷、工况后以Ls-dyna为求解器正确施加载荷和边界条件,进行壳体的强度仿真分析。通过仿真得出其应力、应变云图,并进行实验验证,为安全气囊壳体的结构强度验证提供方法支持。
The strength FE simulation of the passenger airbag housing was studied. Based on the test results, the simulation analysis result was verified. The 3D model was created by Catia. The finite element analysis model was established. The finite elements were meshed by HyperMesh and the boundary conditions and load were applied in consideration of working conditions by Ls-dyna. The strength FE-model of the housing was analyzed and calculated with the output of the stress and strain cloud charts. Test about the verification of the housing strength was done which could offer a method for the verification of the passen- ger airbag housing strength.
