弹药舱内发动机意外点火泄压排气的数值模拟

摘要 采用CFD方法对弹药舱中固体火箭发动机意外点火后的燃气流场进行数值模拟,分析意外点火的发动机质量流量、弹药舱排气面积等因素对舰船弹药舱内压力场、温度场变化规律以及泄压排气口附近气体流量和温度的影响,揭示了导弹意外点火后,弹药舱泄压排气过程中舱室压力温度变化规律,为弹药舱的排气装置的设计提供设计参考。 With CFD method the gas flow field in the magazine in case of the blast-off of rocket motor was simulated numeri- cally. The influence of the number of the solid rocket motor and the exhaust area of the magazine to the pressure and temperature of the naval ammunition depot was analyzed. After the accidental ignition of the missile, the variation laws of pressure and tem- perature in the cabin during the process, and the mass flow and the temperature of the exhaust vent were studied. The results can be provided for the magazine safety design.
