摘要
针对我国船舶产业整体技术水平和附加值较低,与世界其他造船强国相比还存在明显不足的严峻现实,认为船舶产业应当在国家大力发展高端制造业、重塑竞争优势的背景下,探索转型升级的有效路径,助力我国制造产业的转型,加快实现成为世界制造强国的重要目标。
The technological level and the added value Chinese shipbuilding industry are relative lower than those of the ad- vanced shipbuilding countries, The author thinks that our shipbuilding industry should seize the opportunity of striving to develop the high-end manufacturing industry and average up the competitions to find the effective upgrading path, so as to realize the transformation and upgrade strategically and make China become the advanced shipbuilding countries as soon as possible.
