摘要
通过对并联风机系统及变速风机系统的风机性能曲线及管网特性曲线进行分析,得出:并联风机台数调节运行时,需调节管路阀门以避免超流量、电动机过载,但人为增加管道阻力的同时也增加了能耗,节能效果差,且不便于运行管理;变速风机调速运行时,风机与管网能自动达到平衡,无需调节阀门,节能效果优于并联风机系统。
Analyses the fan performance curve and pipe network characteristic curve of parallel fan system and variable speed fan system. The results show that during the operation regulating of parallel fans, valve adjustment is needed to avoid excessive flow and motor overload. However, it also increases the power consumption and decreases energy saving effect, which is not easy for operation management. During the fan speed control operation, the fan and pipe network can automatically reach the balance without valve adjustment and the energy saving effect is better than parallel fan system.
