摘要
为解决某板坯连铸机二次冷却室存在的大量冒雾状水蒸气的问题,对现有的排蒸汽系统进行了分析,找出其不足之处,提出了可能的改进措施,并对其可行性进行了分析。理论分析及实施结果表明:通过在两流板坯连铸机二次冷却室之间布置排风管道且接至新增的排蒸汽风机,该系统能较彻底地排除从板坯内侧方向散发的水蒸气,从而避免了水蒸气因在该区域不断积聚而最终大量散逸的弊端。
To solve the problem of a large amount of water vapor in secondary cooling chamber of a slab caster, presents the deficiency of the current steam exhaust system, proposes several improvement measures, and analyses their feasibility. Theoretical analysis and implementation results show that, to avoid the water vapor accumulating and releasing from the secondary cooling chamber, the exhaust duct should be mounted between the secondary cooling chamber of two-strand slab caster, and connected to the new exhaust fan, then the steam from the inside of slab can be exhausted directly and effectively.
