摘要 针对燃煤火力发电厂真空清扫系统构成复杂、接口多、布置环境影响因素多、管道布置空间小等特点,提出了数字化协同设计方法。结合工程实例,对比了传统CAD平面设计与数字化设计,结果表明:使用数字化设计能给出更加完整的布置信息,虽然增加了出图数量,但在较高的绘图效率下,工作时间反而缩短;有利于设计人员优化设计方案,提高设计水平;有利于校审人员直观地提出布置优化的审核意见,提高审核效率。 According to the characteristics of complex composition, multi interface, many environmental factors and limited piping layout space for vacuum cleaning system in coal-fired power plants, proposes a collaborative digital design method. Based on an engineering project, compares traditional auto-CAD design with digital design. The results show that the digital design can supply more comprehensive layout information and shorten the working time under the circumstances of high drawing efficiency, despite of more drawing quantity, which helps designers to optimize design scheme and improve the design level, and benefits reviewers to propose intuitively examination opinion for layout optimization and improve the examination efficiency.
