摘要
为了合理地评价高速公路的线形设计安全性,减少交通安全事故的发生,基于多因素综合分析,建立了高速公路线形安全性评判多级指标体系,基于可拓理论建立高速公路线形安全性综合评价模型,利用熵权法确定指标权重系数,将公路线形安全等级划分为优(1级)、中(2级)、差(3级)三个等级,计算各指标对评价等级的综合隶属度,合理评价公路线形安全性等级。并将该模型应用到某山区双车道高速公路,对该公路部分路段线形进行了安全性评价,验证了评价方法的可行性,并提出针对性的工程改善措施。
In order to properly evaluate safety of the highway alignment design and reduce traffic accidents, based on the comprehensive analysis of multiple factors, the highway alignment safety evaluation of multi-level index system is established. Based on extension theory, comprehensive safety evaluation model of highway alignment is established and index weight coefficients are determined by entropy weight method to divide security level of highway alignment into three levels such as optimization (level 1), medium (level 2), the difference (level 3). The comprehensive membership degree of each index is calculated to quantitatively evaluate safety grades of highway alignment and the safety evaluation model is applied to a two-lane mountains highway to evaluates alignment of the highway section and corresponding engineering improvement measures are put forward, which shows the feasibility of the evaluation method.
