摘要
针对传统的时空耗散法模型计算交通承载力的不足,提出了以相邻信号控制交叉口间路段为出发点进行交通承载分析改进的理论模型。根据快速路和非快速路的特性,分别进行交通承载力计算。其中,对于非快速路,根据下游交叉口的服务水平和路段的服务水平,对相邻信控交叉口之间的排队路段和非排队路段的交通承载力分别进行分析计算,并最终通过计算不同等级道路的交通承载力,构建了全路网的交通承载力计算模型。改进的交通承载力计量模型从微观角度分析,以期从理论上系统认识这一问题,为提高城市交通承载力提供理论依据。
In view of the disadvantages of using traditional space-time dissipation model to calculate traffic carrying capacity, a refined model is proposed to analyze the traffic carrying capacity (TCC)started with two adjacent signal control intersections. The TCC of non-expressway are analyzed and calculated for queuing section and non-queuing section of two adjacent intersections according to the service level of the downstream intersection and a section of road, while the calculation of the expressway keeps the same way always applied. Furthermore the ultimate TCC is calculated by different classes of road, the sum of which are the final result of the whole road network. The improved way is more microcosmic, so as to recognize the problem of TCC from theory sight, and in the meantime to provide theory model evidence for improving TCC.
