摘要
目的:了解安徽省中医药人才发展的现状,总结工作经验和教训。方法:通过专家会商和群组深入访谈等方式开展现场调研。结果:通过上一阶段的努力使得该省中医药人才队伍结构趋于合理,但在中医药人才培养、准入、使用、评价、激励等方面也存在一些问题。结论:中医药人才的发展需要各部门的重视与积极配合,同时也需要从宏观政策和微观管理方面做好科学的规划和认真的落实。
Objective To know about the present situation of the development of traditional Chinese medical talents in Anhui province and to sum up work experience and lessons. Methods Field research was conducted by expert consultation and in--depth group interviews. Results The structure of traditional Chinese medical talents tended to be rational with the effort of previous stage. But there were still some problems in the fostering, admittance, employment, appraisal and incentive of traditional Chinese medical talents. Conclusions Development of traditional Chinese medical talents should involve adequate attention and cooperation of various departments as well as scientific formulation and earnest implementation of macropolicy and micro--management.
