2006—2016年中文期刊发表的健康老龄化研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis on healthy aging literature in Chinese journals,2006—2016

目的:分析2006年1月1日-2016年12月4日期间中文期刊发表的健康老龄化研究文献的现状、特征及发展趋势,了解健康老龄化的理论水平和实践发展状况。方法:检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库和CBM四种中文数据库,根据文献纳入和排除标准,对筛选到的文献的发表年份分布、题录类型、发表期刊、研究内容和基金支持情况进行统计分析。结果:共纳入文献296篇,年份发表文献量呈高低波动态势;期刊类文献最多,占总文献72.97%,且发表文献最多的期刊为《中国社会工作》;50篇(16.89%)文献获得基金资助;168篇(56.76%)文献研究内容为健康老龄化的促进和实现策略。结论与建议:加大对健康老龄化的研究和资助工作;重视相关测量评估研究;注重新理论视角的引入;加强医养结合模式、慢病防控、精神卫生方面研究。

Objective To determine the status, features and trend in development on healthy aging studies in Chinese journals published between January 1,2006 and December 4,2016. Methods Chinese journals were identified from China HowNet, VIP,Wanfang database and CBM database,and data were extracted and summarized after eligible studies were graded. Results Totally 296 studies were identified. The number of the literature published fluctuated. Periodical literature accounted for 72.97% of the total. More literature were published in Chinese Journal of Social Work. 50 studies （16.89%）were funded, and 168 studies were on promotion of healthy aging, accounting for 56.76%. Conclusions It is vital to promote the research and funding on healthy aging,attach importance to the measurement and evaluation research, strengthen the introduction of new theories and methods to research, and focus more on the combination of medical and health care, prevention and control of chronic diseases,and mental health research.
