论聚合类移动新闻媒体编辑角色的变化和影响 被引量:6

On the Change and Influence of the Editorial Role in theAggregate Mobile News Media

摘要 聚合类移动新闻媒体以新闻为内容、以聚合为方式、以移动为特质,具有自动化抓取内容、个性化分发推荐的特点,其编辑角色呈现一体化即由用户取代编辑的内容选择权,二者角色融为一体,以及分散化即内容选择的实施权被机器分担,由机器根据用户需要对内容进行抓取和分发的特征。聚合类移动新闻媒体编辑角色的变化,一方面给文化传播和发展带来了一定的积极影响,提高了传播的针对性,增强了传播的客观性;另一方面也可能造成信息的窄化、内容的碎片化和责任意识的淡化等问题。要规避这些消极影响,一是内容生产者要专注提供更为丰富、健康、理性的内容,注重内容本身的逻辑性和系统性,提高质量;二是传播运营者对于内容的窄化和失控要从技术角度强化机器学习,对内容的碎片化需要加入人工编辑成分,并设置专题和栏目,对责任意识淡化需要提高法律意识和责任意识;三是用户要加强自律,提高分辨是非的能力,为自己负责,充当自己的"把关人"。创构内容提供者、传播运营者、受众之间相互把关、相互制约和互相监督的出版传播新机制,才能从根本上解决其消极影响。 The aggregate mobile news media take news as content,aggregation as the medium and mobileas characteristic. With features of automated contentscollection andindividualisticrecommended distribution,its editorial role is integrated by the user to replace the editor of the content selection,and the two roles have been deeply integrated. On the one hand,these changes have brought some positive effects to the development of cultural transmission and communication; on the other hand,they can also cause information narrowing,fragmentation of contents and lack of the sense of responsibility. Several measures can be taken to avoid these negative effects.First,content producers should focus on providing richer,healthy,and rational content. Second,the spread operators for the narrow and out of control needs from a technical point of view to strengthen the machine learning. Third,users should strengthen self-discipline,and improve the ability to distinguish right from wrong The creation of content providers,communication operators,the audience between each other,mutual restraint and mutual supervision of the dissemination of new mechanisms aims to fundamentally solve its negative impact.
